Cheese

Cheddar is the most common type of cheese that suits the pallet of Bruneians. It is a sharp tasting natural cheese that originates from the south of England, in Somerset. Cheese is used by many Bruneians whether it is a warm cheese naan from a tandoori oven, molten cheese over a juicy patty in a burger or even the classic cheesecake. We carry mostly cheddar, mozerella, parmesan, edam, gouda, blue, goat, paneer, halloumi and cream cheese to cater to both cooking and baking application.
