Our story,

It all began when a humble young man had spent all his youth in the fishing trade with his father and had the aspirations to be a literal ‘jack of all trade’. He showed great resilience in ensuring he was fully equipped to chase this dream through his pursuit in education and experience. He found himself stocking supermarket shelves to being the highest grossing salesman to managing one of the nation’s top sales team. It was only a matter time he was reeled to the idea of being a trader on his own.

In 2003, he acquired Sin That Enterprise Sdn Bhd; a trading house established in 1995 that focused solely on bakery ingredients. He quickly diversified his range of products sourced from around the globe to service a wider range of customers. This meant outgrowing a 1,500 sq ft store to a 15,000 sq ft headquarters equipped with top of the line logistic and warehousing assets.

Bakery ingredients remains the backbone of the company but now is accompanied by dairy products, frozen meats and seafood, poultry, edible oils, confectionaries, food commodities, condiments, snacks, beverages, packaging, cleaning products and materials.

Bakeries were the only customers we had but now we service all streams; hotels, restaurants, catering, cafes, street hawkers, home bakers, supermarkets, mini marts, convenience stores, on and offshore oilfield catering and international vessel procurement.

​

Sin That Enterprise Sdn Bhd is now deemed the food and beverage hub for all of Brunei; a jack for Brunei’s trade.

With over 40+ years of sheer dedication in this field, he humbly continues to stay relevant in ensuring Brunei's food and beverage industry is well-injected with a diverse range of global products. His vast interest in trading still burns ever brighter as he continues to be a reliable player in Brunei's promising market today.

The hands and feet of the company, Terry injects fuel in the company's operations.
His easy going demeanor and laser attention to detail
ensures all our customers and clients are well-serviced and pleased.
As his experience includes being a private dining cook
and also once part of a Two Michelin starred restaurant's service team
(crowned #1 Young Waiter in Singapore, #2 Young Waiter in the world),
he has an expertise in hospitality driven by his immense passion in flavour. 
This proves to be a crucial catalyst in ensuring Brunei's demand is all met.
